Privacy

Nightledger runs only on operator-side credentials. Guest PII is held inside your PMS of record. Channel credentials are scoped per-unit and rotated. Settlement data exports to your accountant in CSV — your books, your format.

Terms

Pilot pricing is per-unit with the scouting bundle included. Scales with your desk; no per-message metered fees on guest threads. Either party can pause between nightly runs without losing continuity.
